Question: I have a chia herb garden...strange I know...the herbs were drying out so I cut them down to nothing ...?

They will grow back if you have left room for them to grow... keep them watered and see if they are any signs of green re-appearing.Answer #2:
They will grow back if you didn't let them get TOO dried out to the point you killed them. Usually what happens with these things is the plants outgrow the small container, and if you aren't watering them very frequently, they wilt and dry up very fast. If you really want to have continued success, you may want to transplant them into larger pots.
